A funny incident:
A man running late for work came rushing towards the elevator and tried his best to fit himself in despite the oft-repeadted buzzing of the overload indicator. He didn’t care about the grunts, rude remarks and vexated stares - he just wanted to get to work on time (I wish I had his work attitude, really!haha). By the look on his face, he sure was exasperated too and wanting to die in humiliation. At long last, the elevator door closed and a recorded voice prompt spoke up: “Sorry to keep you waiting.”
He looked up, gritted his teeth and blurted out, “Putangina! Nag-sorry ka pa!” [translation: *insert a profane word here* And you still had the guts to say sorry!”
I looked away from him and tried hiding the clowning expression on my face. Tears resulted in covering my mouth with my hand so as not to crack out into guffaw. Haha.
It reminded me of this another elevator scene at Antel Global where there were 3 girls and 1 bading talking about their workstations.
Girl 1: Teka, na-lock nyo ba yung computers niyo bago kayo umalis?
Girl 2: Oo naman noh. Eh kayo?
Bading: Ay! Oo nga! Nakalimutan ko! Naka-open yung MY ko! *shucks gosh*
Girls gave each other blank stares. Finally, Girl 3 asked:
Huh? Anong MY? Baka naman YM?
Bading: Ay, sorry! YM nga pala!
*laughter followed*
An innocent mishap. Forgiven.
*silence*
Everything was okay until he opened his big fat stupid mouth and turned my world upside down…
“MY ako ng MY, YM pala! Yahu Missindyir!”
Pucha naman o. Sablay pa! haha.
Smothering your heart’s desire to laugh is like dying bit by bit - torture!!!
wow. gusto ko rin maka-experience ng ganyan sa buhay.. lalo na yung una.. haha!

uy! saksi ako sa MY incident na yan. eh what about another elevator scene, “you betch!” (you bitch!) and the famous “microscope office” (microsoft office) haha. reminds me of how we made fun of people back then. Akala mo perfect tayo eh noh? haha. miss kita tuloy. awww.

grabe, ang dami pang episodes na ganyan. pero yan talaga yung instances na talagang gusto ko nang sumabog sa kakapigil tumawa.:P
